Referral Terms and Conditions
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make
- Referral fees are up to £1000 and vary on a case by case basis
- Referrals are not paid in cash but paid in vouchers or gift cards
- Please be aware a referral fee will not be paid where we have been in touch with the candidate in the previous 6 months
- In the event of a candidate being referred by two people, only the first referral will be valid
- No referral fee will be paid until the hiring client has paid in full and any rebate period has expired
- You must have the consent of the candidate prior to making the referral
